You agree to use the room for the time allocated to you as part of your booking
You agree to vacate the room and leave the room and equipment in a respectable manner at the end of your allocated booking time
You agree to treat the room, its contents and all Trail Mix Studios equipment with respect
You are liable for damages to the Trail Mix Studios space, its contents and equipment caused by unreasonable misconduct.
You are liable for damages to all other spaces at 8 Chrome St, Salisbury, QLD, 4107 caused by unreasonable misconduct.
You agree to report any damages to equipment, the space and all other contents of the space to the Studio Owners.
You will not remove any items or equipment from the space belonging to Trail Mix Studios unless given permission by the Studio Owners to do so.
No liquids are to be consumed within the rehearsal room or around any equipment within the space. Water contained in a sealed drinking bottle is permitted in the rehearsal space, though it must remained sealed when not in use.
No alcohol or illicit substances are to be consumed within the Trail Mix Studios space
Smoking is not permitted within the Trail Mix Studios space
You are not liable for reasonable wear and tear to equipment caused by its intended use. You do however agree to report any such damage to the Studio Owners.
